Rosen Method Foundations. . .Traditional Rosen

Labor Day Weekend Bodywork Intensive

A relaxing retreat, exploring subtle touch and gentle movement as a pathway to self-awareness…

Marion's hand

In this three-day intensive, we use a unique touch that accesses the emotional material held in the unconscious parts of our bodies. You will learn to deepen your awareness, observe the wisdom of the natural breath and experience living more from your personal truth.

Leading you on this journey is internationally recognized senior Rosen Method teacher, Jane Malek.

Rosen Method bodywork intensives are the foundation to understanding, experiencing, and learning this amazing work. This work is especially beneficial for healthcare professionals, bodyworkers, psychotherapists and anyone who wants to live life more fully.

The group process of an intensive amplifies the opening to feelings that have long been put away as muscular tension. Rosen Method Movement helps you integrate these feelings and physical shifts into daily life. We will explore how both modalities complement each other and emerge from the same theory.

If you would like more information about Rosen Method, please review some of our Rosen Method articles. For course information use the More Information links on the left.

For first-time participants, an application process is required for enrollment.
