Spring 2026 WeekendWelcome to exploring a way of knowing and feeling your body, your inner home with Rosen Movement and Bodywork. Together we will explore the wonder of our bodies, how joints and muscles were meant to work and how our unconscious habits and attitudes can get in our way, inhibiting the ease and expression of our life. By feeling how we hold back, we have more choice to let go and live more fully. Who is the class good for?: All Rosen students in Movement and Bodywork to help satisfy the 25 hour anatomy requirement by the RI The weekend is 18 hours. Open to all who want to learn more about Rosen Method
This course will inform your learning for personal growth or professional development hours towards RM bodywork certification.
February 14 to 16, 2026 Instructors: Kate O'Shea Kate has a deep appreciation of the body in movement and function stemming from over 40 years practice as a Physical Therapist and 20 years practicing Rosen Method Movement and Bodywork. Kate teaches internationally and is on the teaching Faculty of the Berkeley Center, The Open Center, Monterey School and Russian School.
Jane Malek Jane Malek began training with Marion Rosen in 1980 and is a master teacher of Rosen Method Bodywork and Movement. She established the Monterey Bay Rosen Method Training Center for certification in both modalities. She practices in Monterey, California, providing weekly movement classes and private bodywork sessions.
